A set of 2 Beautiful Map Books for tabletop roleplaying games. Wilderness themed lay flat maps for fantasy outdoor encounters.

Fulfilment Update
UK & Rest of World - The UK shipment has arrived in the warehouse and the pick & pack has started! Please be patient while the team at GamesQuest process the pledges.
When your package is passed to the courier (in most cases this will be Royal Mail) you will receive an email with tracking information. This email will also contain information on troubleshooting any shipping issues and a contact for lost/damaged parcels.
EU - The EU boat has docked in Hamburg and the stock is en-route to the warehouse. We know the EU warehouse is very busy and expect fulfilment to begin in October.
US & Canada - The US Boats (3 in total) are due in dock at the end of September and start of October (it will take a little time to transfer the stock to the warehouses from the ports). Currently 2 boats are mid-Atlantic and one is in Savannah working its way up the East Coast to New York.
Australia & NZ - We await our turn at Aetherworks. Everything is ready to go.
Asia - VFI have begun.
Address changes -
It is now too late to change your address as the backer address records are processed, exported and with the hubs.
If you are based in the US Quartermaster will send out an email to confirm your address and you can reply to this email with any updates.

We'll finish up the shipping update with a picture from our office. This is our cat who has happily destroyed that box by eating it. Given the chance he also eats packaging peanuts (the rice ones not the plastic luckily).
This cat is in no way involved in the pick & pack process.

Our first official shipping update!
Well this is exciting! Further to our last update we are now on the cusp of starting fulfilment for the UK! GamesQuest advise they can begin at the end of September. The EU will begin fulfilment in October.
VFI have been given the green light to begin, and we are in Aetherworks' queue to begin when our turn comes.
The US & Canada will most likely begin in November. This is later than the other hubs as the shipping to the US is subject to delays. The ships are due to port in New York at the end of September, however there are still considerably delays in US ports, and moving the books down to the fulfilment centre will also take weeks not days I am afraid. We will keep you up to date as the stock moves around!
Address Changes
I am afraid it is now too late to amend the shipping sheets as these are now with the fulfilment centres.
If you are in the US/Canada there will be an email from QML prior to shipping to confirm your details so you will be ale to update your details directly with them if needed.

It Begins!
All the books, cards, dice and stickers have now set sail and are en-route to the fulfilment centres! And our Asia hub will start dispatching pledges this month!
Ship Details -
UK Hub - Cosco Shipping Star - heading to Felixstowe
EU Hub - Cosco Shipping Nebula - heading to Hamburg
US Hub - One Majesty - Porting in Savannagh
US Hub - Wan Hai 509 - Porting in New York
US Hub - Madrid Bridge - Porting in New York
Currently all 3 US ships are coming round Sri Lanka heading to the Suez, The UK ship is due in Felixstowe next week and the EU ship is in the Med heading to Hamburg via a few stops.
As mentioned in my previous update the stock for our US backers is on 3 ships as we try to avoid the worst of the delays we are experiencing with freight shipping 😊 Patience is as always the key word here as we are currently seeing our shipments take 1 month to go from port to warehouse in the US.
For the US we hope to have stock in fulfilment centres by the end of October and at this stage aim to begin fulfilment in November, subject to the queues in our centres.
We hope to have the stock for the UK & EU backers in warehouses by the end of September/start of October, and I will be able to confirm later this month when we can expect packages to be going out of the door. This depends on how busy the hubs are and when we can be scheduled in.
The Australian and new Zealand stock is also enroute but we don't have a ship name for that one.
Rather excitingly our Asia hub VFI has received stock and we have green lit them to begin sending when they are ready which will be at some stage this month. So officially it begins 😊
We will not be synchronising this fulfilment, the hubs will send out their packages as soon as they are able so you will see some regions get their pledges before others.

Ships are moving and addresses are now locked!

We have started to ship the books from the factory to the fulfilment centres!
This process is going to be affected by the current challenges with international sea freight. This means that we are going to see some delays.
I can report that we have now got some books "on the water" and the remainder are in the process of going onto ships.
We remain on track to get everyone their books by December.
The books for our UK (fulfilling from the UK) and EU (fulfilling from Germany) backers are on the way! Now to manage expectations we have been seeing quite a lot of "musical ships" going on, so these ships may change. But currently -

It is rather fun to track the ships. I use https://www.marinetraffic.com/ (just the free option) which shows you where the ship is, next port etc.
The stock for our Asia backers is heading overland to the hub, and the stock for our Australia Hub is also on the way, ship name to follow!
For our US and Canadian backers the books are just waiting to get onto a ship, more info to follow! Getting shipments into the US right now is a challenge and taking longer than usual!

This is because at this stage I need to book the project into our hubs and share address data, thus I lock addresses and run the reports.
It is not too late to complete your survey and/or change address!
